On-Site Response

To give you greater flexibility with your budgets we also provide As & When support giving you someone to call to assist with IT issues you do not wish to undertake yourself.

This service gives you support when needed, you only receive an invoice when you use our tech-nicians.

As & When support is charged by the hour for all software and hardware issues.
Any parts that are required will be charged for at the time.
You can give us a list of authorised names within your company for people who are authorised to use this for this service if you wish providing a smooth service from start to finish.

The rates for As & When are as follows:

• £55 per hour no other contract with us.
• £50 per hour if you have an additional contract running at the same time.

This service can be used for any IT equipment you have. Should a job be large we can give you a fixed price to complete the work so you know what you will be charged in advance.
